This may or may not be a surprise, but the first year is an incredibly important year of a baby's life. The brain is at its most flexible state as it receives, integrates, and responds to so much new information and stimulation. And the opportunity to facilitate that brain building begins on day one. But baby didn't come with a manual.... So how exactly do we "build" our babies' brains?
We create the conditions for baby's brain to make new neural connections.

Umm, what?

Sounds intense and intimidating, I know. Especially if you are overworked, overscheduled, and overwhelmed by all the information out there on parenting. But setting up your kiddo for future success is easier than you might think, and doesn't require a neuroscience degree.

All of the fun, engaging, and nurturing activities you already do with baby (including the mundane daily to-do's!), have serious brain building potential embedded in them. We can just tweak them a little bit to upgrade their brain boosting power.

So, will you join me on an email journey to explore that?

I would love to share with you 5 simple stress-free Brain Builders that will help you capitalize on your child's potential, boost baby's learning and development, and assemble baby's toolkit of skills - all without overwhelming mom and dad!

What's there to lose?!

If you're up for it, you will receive one Brain Builder per day straight to your inbox. I hope you enjoy it!
